This site is operated by Troyhorses Digital LLC, which trades as Ánodo. There is one place on it that collects anything: the contact form. This page says what happens to what you put in it.

What the form collects

Company, work email, the technical capability you described and the region you selected. Nothing else is asked for and nothing is inferred. The form also carries a hidden field and a timestamp used only to reject automated submissions; neither identifies you.

Why we hold it

To reply to you and, if a conversation follows, to carry it forward. Under the GDPR the basis is our legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry you chose to send. We do not use it for marketing lists, we do not profile it and we do not sell or share it with anyone beyond the processors named below.

Who else touches it

• Vercel — hosts the site and runs the single function that receives the form.
• Resend — delivers the resulting notification email.
• Hostinger — hosts the hello@ánodo.com mailbox where it lands.

Each acts as a processor on our instructions. Message delivery involves transfers outside the EEA; those run on the providers' own standard contractual clauses.

How long

Enquiries stay in the mailbox for as long as the conversation is live and for two years afterwards, so we can pick a thread back up. Then they are deleted. Ask us earlier and we will delete them earlier.

What this site stores in your browser

No cookies, no analytics, no trackers. The one thing kept locally is your light or dark preference, if you use the theme switch — it sits in your browser's local storage under anodo-theme, never reaches us, and clearing your site data removes it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it at all. Write to hello@ánodo.com and we will answer within a month. If you are in the EU and think we handled it badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority.

Changes

If this page changes, the date below changes with it. There is no mailing list to notify.
